Cancellation & Refund Policy.

⏱️ 1. Order Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all editorial services, article publishing packages, ghostwriting retainers, and content consulting deliverables offered by Panchami Sanil ("Panchami", "the Studio", "we", "us"), operating in Udupi, Karnataka, India.

Because bespoke writing requires reserved calendar capacity, research allocation, and personalized outlining, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Pre-Commencement Cancellation (Within 24 Hours): If a client requests cancellation in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of placing an order or paying the project deposit, and before editorial research or drafting has commenced, a full 100% refund will be issued without penalty.
• Mid-Project Cancellation (Draft in Progress): If cancellation is requested after creative discovery and preliminary outline approval but prior to final manuscript delivery, the initial 50% milestone deposit is retained to cover research and accrued labor hours. Any prepaid remaining balance will be promptly refunded.
• Post-Delivery Cancellation: Once a completed manuscript or article deliverable has been transmitted to the client, the project is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable. Clients are instead entitled to our structured revision protocol detailed below.

✍️ 2. Revision Protocol & Quality Guarantee

Rather than leaving clients with unsatisfactory copy, every standard writing package (including Single Articles at ₹1,499, Weekly Retainers at ₹4,999/mo, and Pillar Essays at ₹8,999) includes:

• Two (2) Complimentary Rounds of Revisions: Clients may request targeted revisions within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the initial draft.
• Scope Alignment: Revisions include tone adjustments, structural resequencing, data updates, and stylistic refinements adhering to the agreed creative brief.
• Fast Turnaround on Edits: Standard revisions are fulfilled within two to three (2–3) business days.

All customer payments and refunds on this platform are processed securely via Razorpay Payment Gateway (Razorpay Software Private Limited), conforming to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) payment aggregators guidelines.

We accept and process refunds across all standard domestic and international payment instruments enabled on our verified Razorpay merchant gateway:

• Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, CRED, and any standard bank UPI handle.
• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and American Express with 3D Secure OTP verification.
• Internet Banking: Over 50+ major Indian banks including HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, State Bank of India (SBI), Axis Bank, and Kotak Mahindra.
• Digital Wallets: Mobikwik, Freecharge, Airtel Money, and Amazon Pay balance.

🤝 6. Mutual Dispute Resolution & Amicable Escalation

We value long-term client relationships. If you believe your deliverable does not match the specifications defined in your written creative brief, please contact us prior to initiating an external bank chargeback. External payment disputes freeze account processing and significantly delay resolution, whereas our direct desk resolves genuine grievances within 24 to 48 hours.
