Each client writing engagement includes two (2) complimentary rounds of revisions. Once revision requests are submitted through email or Google Docs comments:

• Minor edits (phrasing tweaks, headline variations, typo fixes): Delivered within 24 hours.
• Structural revisions (reorganizing sections, integrating new data points): Delivered within 2 to 3 business days.

🛡️ 6. Delay Mitigation & Communication Protocol

Panchami Studio maintains a 99.4% on-time delivery record. In the improbable event of an unforeseen operational delay (e.g., pending client clarification of essential product documentation or medical emergency):

• The client will be proactively notified via email or WhatsApp at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the original milestone deadline.
• A revised delivery date will be confirmed by mutual agreement.
• If the Studio fails to deliver the promised manuscript within an agreed extension and the delay is solely attributable to us, the client is entitled to an immediate 100% full refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
